At Razorpay, I lead product and engineering programs spanning KYC compliance, onboarding quality, audit readiness, and Conversational AI. I drove a metrics-gated KYC rollout for approximately 900K merchants and helped reduce severe merchant experience issues by approximately 73%.

Previously at Cleartrip, Flipkart Group, I led Hotels initiatives from inception through launch, aligning more than 100 stakeholders across business, product, engineering, marketing, design, and operations.
