What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote talent acquisition role supporting global hiring, ideally with US, UK, or EU time overlap. I want to own sourcing and recruitment delivery, partner with hiring managers, and build structured candidate-first hiring processes.

I've led talent acquisition and development across Fauji Fresh n Freeze, Fauji Foods, Fongrow, and Fauji Cereals, and managed corporate recruitment at Pakistan Fruit Juice Company–Hico Ice Cream. I cut time-to-hire from 90 to 50 days, hired 14 trainees for a company-wide Management Trainee Program, and built qualified shortlists through LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.

I'm focused on structured, candidate-first hiring—from sourcing and screening through onboarding—while partnering closely with hiring managers across Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.
