I’m an Operations Manager and Business Administration graduate with over two years of experience supporting business operations, employee onboarding, process coordination, and cross-functional communication in fast-paced environments. I coordinate daily workflows, prioritize operational requests and deadlines, and develop, document, and continuously improve standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and efficiency.
