I’m an Electronics and Communication graduate who has delivered practical, hands-on technical troubleshooting through L1 hardware support and L3 software support. I focus on identifying root causes quickly, restoring functionality, and keeping users moving forward with clear guidance.

During my 6-month contract in L1 hardware support for Google Pixel devices, I triaged incoming hardware issues, ran hands-on diagnostics and basic repairs, and escalated complex faults to engineering with clear reproduction steps. I also created concise incident notes and passoffs to improve continuity of support and reduce repeat troubleshooting effort.

At DIEBOLD NIXDORF, I provided L3 software support for product 9x over 18 months, diagnosing and resolving back-end issues in kubernetics and kafka. I investigated frontend incidents, implemented fixes to restore client functionality, and coordinated with cross-functional teams to escalate defects for permanent improvements.

I bring a practical builder mindset from my projects and certifications—using Python and deep learning for applications like criminal face identification, with optimized inference and automated alerting. I’m motivated by documenting what works through troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles, so teams can respond faster and smarter.
