What I'm looking for

Seeking HR Manager or HRBP roles in Bengaluru or remote, with scope to shape talent, performance and culture.

Most recently, as HR Manager at KPI Partners India, I served as HRBP for 180+ employees across multiple business accounts. I drove end-to-end performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews and 9-box calibration, and provided HR analytics on attrition, headcount and engagement to guide leadership decisions. I also led the company's HRMS migration from Keka to PeopleStrong, from UAT and data validation through to user adoption.

Before that, I led People & Culture at IndieFolio, a remote-first organization, where I built HR policies, ran compensation benchmarking and salary revisions, implemented Keka HRMS and advised managers on employee relations and performance improvement. Earlier roles at CoverSelf, General Aeronautics and Address Advisors gave me hands-on depth in recruitment, payroll, compliance and HR due diligence during an acquisition.

I believe good HR is both data-driven and deeply human. I'm SHRM certified, hold an Executive HR Diploma from XLRI and an MBA in HR, and I'm based in Bengaluru.
