An experienced edtech entrepreneur who successfully founded and led a company (Plus Prep) in the educational technology and study abroad industry, resulting in its acquisition by a leading trans national organization - InterGreat Education Group. As part of the acquisition, I am now leading the South Asia operations for the company, driving growth and expansion in the region. As the Founder and Director of Plus Prep Education, I have successfully built and scaled an EdTech startup, achieving operational break-even within 18 months and sustaining consistent financial growth.
With over 15 years of experience in the education industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the market and have established strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, educational institutions, and university partners. My expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic plans, building and managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth and profitability.
I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance education and have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management. I have also volunteered as a Covid Warrior and Education Consultant, demonstrating my commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on society.
