I'm Sudip Majumder, an AI Strategist and Engineering Lead focused on the intersection of agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and practical automation for SaaS and SMB environments.

Over the past several years, I've architected and shipped AI systems that go beyond prototypes — including AI Sentinel, an autonomous cyber defense orchestration platform, and a Smart Agriculture Advisor, a prediction-first recommendation engine for smallholder farmers. My work spans end-to-end AI integration, CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code, and multi-agent workflow design that plugs directly into existing product stacks.

On the engineering side, I bring deep expertise in Python, ML/AI application development, system design, DevOps, and GitHub-based developer tooling. I have a strong track record of improving developer productivity through reusable automation and cross-functional collaboration between frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.
