What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global and technical hiring initiatives where I can strengthen workforce planning, recruitment operations, ATS processes, and data-driven delivery in a fast-paced environment.

I'm currently coordinating Product and Engineering hiring at ShipBob across India, the UK, and the US, using Greenhouse, Workday, and MetaView to keep interviews, onboarding, and candidate communication moving smoothly.

Previously at HashiCorp (IBM), I led end-to-end global talent acquisition for high-volume and niche technical roles across US and APJ markets. I owned ATS workflows and tracked pipeline health, time-to-fill, and SLA adherence across 20–30 active requisitions.

Across ARDEM, Maglancers, Swift Pace Solutions, E-Solutions, and Atkku Services, I've built talent pipelines, partnered on workforce plans, supported technical hiring, and improved recruitment delivery for global clients.
