At Speechify, I support technical hiring across AI, software, iOS, platform, and web functions. I build and support targeted candidate pipelines, sharing relevant candidate insights and updates with recruiters and hiring stakeholders.
I coordinate approximately 150–180 interviews per week across multiple time zones and keep candidates informed through outreach, screening, assessments, interviews, and follow-ups. I also manage candidate data and recruitment workflows in Greenhouse and other recruiting platforms.
At Speechify, I’ve used AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing and repetitive workflows, contributing to process improvements that increased recruiter efficiency by approximately 20%. Previously, as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Zyoin and a Technical Recruiter at Hunting Cube, I supported technical recruitment from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding.
