I’m looking for a role where I can run end-to-end, data-driven global hiring—partnering with senior leaders for leadership and C-suite roles—while improving recruiting processes, leading teams, and strengthening candidate experience and DEI outcomes.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner with 9+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in fast-growing technology and product organizations. I partner with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders to deliver data-driven recruitment strategies, high-volume hiring, and leadership hiring across India, APAC, EMEA, and Americas.

I own the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition intake and sourcing to screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding—while maintaining consistency, quality, and a strong candidate experience. I’ve closed 16+ C-level, Director, and Senior Leadership hires across APAC, EMEA, and Americas, and I build proactive talent pipelines through talent mapping and passive talent sourcing.

I use recruitment analytics and market intelligence to guide decisions, including hiring dashboards powered by Power BI and LinkedIn Talent Insights. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, I also lead and mentor a team of 5 recruiters, drive process improvement to standardize recruiting practices, and support DEI initiatives such as Women Back to Work, LGBTQ+, PWD, ESG, and Veteran hiring programs.
