At HealthKart, I lead ecommerce channel P&L for MuscleBlaze, TrueBasics, and Gritzo across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms, managing US$94M+ in annual online revenue. I've delivered 40% YoY revenue growth, improved ad-spend efficiency by 30%, and increased blended marketplace share from 22% to 25% in one year.
I built and led ecommerce teams spanning cataloguing, performance marketing, logistics, analytics, and inventory planning, while scaling marketplace listings, A+ content, pricing, category insights, and platform partnerships. Before HealthKart, I built Cestbon India's ecommerce and digital marketing function from scratch, including marketplace partnerships and D2C site, payments, and delivery infrastructure.
Across KidZania, Eros Labs, Printvenue, and Pine Labs, I've used performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, and digital commerce programs to acquire customers, grow revenue, and improve customer engagement. I'm looking to bring this marketplace and quick-commerce playbook to leadership roles in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
