What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can support users and distributed systems, troubleshoot networks and hardware, improve workflows, and continue growing my technical skills in IT support, networking, and web development.

I've supported distributed teams at Outsource Array by maintaining VPN-based network infrastructure, troubleshooting Zyxel and TP-Link devices, and resolving end-user hardware and software issues through a Django-based ticketing system.

At CloudFactory, I process, verify, and manage structured data for client projects, using Microsoft Excel, Prodigy, Trello, and Forest to maintain quality, tracking, and turnaround standards.

I also built Bhansa Click, a full-stack cooking assistant using React, Python Django, and a YOLO-based machine learning model to identify ingredients from uploaded photos and suggest recipes.
