I am a motivated IT graduate with a strong foundation in technical support and hands-on experience in both remote and local settings. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Presidential Graduate School, where I honed my skills in troubleshooting and customer communication. I have a passion for delivering reliable IT solutions, and I thrive in fast-paced environments.

During my internship at Avensh Technology, I developed a Gym Management System and a Wholesaler/Retailer Marketplace using the Frappe framework. This experience allowed me to gain expertise in ERP systems while designing modular applications for supply chain tracking. Additionally, my role as an AI Data Trainer at Invisible Technologies involved annotating and curating training data to enhance AI/ML model accuracy, showcasing my ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
