At Tata Consultancy Services, I automate operational workflows with Python, including MySQL file reading, data validation, file comparison, and Azure alert automation in ServiceNow.
I analyze production issues using Azure Application Insights logs, monitor batch jobs, resolve data failures, and support releases alongside Development and DevOps teams. I also perform application sanity checks before and after production deployments and help identify critical issues through debugging.
I deliver L1 technical support through the IT Service Desk, document incidents in ITSM tools, and improve support processes and client experience. My hands-on support experience includes Microsoft 365, MS Office, Active Directory, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
