I design and develop scalable Java RESTful APIs and microservices, optimize SQL interactions across MySQL and Oracle, and build dynamic reporting solutions using FTL and JSON configurations. I also deploy applications, validate production releases, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis to improve stability.

I work closely with clients, development teams, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently. I provide senior leadership with project updates, risks, and key deliverables while improving support processes through best practices.
