At Tata Consultancy Services, I support production applications and data processing for the EY account. I investigate outages, API failures, and service degradation using Azure Application Insights, Kusto Query Language (KQL), and diagnostic logs.
I monitor application health, dependency performance, and operational reliability, and support incident management, deployment validation, and post-incident documentation. I also investigate application and infrastructure issues in Linux environments.
My hands-on work includes Azure, Kubernetes, and MongoDB, along with containerized workloads, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure. I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications.
