What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic, end-to-end talent acquisition work where I can partner with business leaders, strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes with data and AI tools, and deliver workforce solutions across diverse functions.

I've led end-to-end recruiting for GAF, managing administrative, sales, logistics, construction, finance, digital marketing, and procurement hiring across the United States and Canada. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday, Paradox, and AI-driven tools to keep pipelines active and streamline screening and scheduling.

At C2Q Health Solutions and ABB, I partnered with directors, VPs, and hiring managers on workforce strategy, clinical and non-clinical staffing, and technical recruiting. I've supported hiring across healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, IT, finance, logistics, and leadership roles while maintaining EEO, ADA, and employment-law compliance.

At Cummins, I delivered recruiting consultation and workforce planning across multiple sites in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. I also trained and mentored recruiters while building multi-channel sourcing programs through job fairs, university partnerships, social media, and military hiring initiatives.
