I’m a Senior Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience across agency and corporate environments. I lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and hard-to-fill searches across IT, manufacturing, DoD, healthcare, and corporate functions—translating business needs into data-driven talent strategies and measurable outcomes. I’m also a trusted partner to hiring leaders, optimizing ATS/HRIS workflows and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

In my most recent role, I supported Secret and TS/SCI with poly technical recruiting for DoD programs, building proactive pipelines for current and future needs and using AI-enabled ATS/HRIS capabilities like resume parsing and talent rediscovery to reduce time-to-fill. Previously, I served as an HRIS Administrator/Talent Acquisition liaison, improving system integrity and turnaround times, and I also owned contingent workforce and production through executive recruiting—partnering on workforce planning, budgets, reporting, onboarding, and compliance training.
