I've managed guest-facing operations for 40 apartments at Fishing Lodge in Cap Cana, coordinating arrivals, check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping, maintenance, staff, and service recovery. Across AlSol Hotels & Resorts, Catalonia Bávaro & Royal, Majestic Resorts, Golden Bear Lodge, Sanctuary, and Meliá Caribe Tropical, I've supported luxury guests through concierge, front office, VIP service, weddings, and events.
I also founded and operated AfroMío Studio, building and managing a team of approximately 15 employees while overseeing client experience, scheduling, service standards, and day-to-day operations. I'm now returning to hospitality focused on remote vacation rental operations, co-hosting, and exceptional guest communication.
