What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and develop patient-centered healthcare programs, strengthen cross-functional clinical teams, and improve systems that support organizational strategy and patient care.

I'm coordinating Physician Assistant student clinical rotations at Endeavor Health System, supporting the CME office, North Central College clinical staff, and participating preceptors.

At Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, I initiated, developed, and advanced three philanthropically funded programs in Psychiatry and Behavioral Health: MAACC, TARGET Group Therapy, and PCAY.

I expanded collaborative care teams of more than 50 community primary care providers, 35 therapy providers, and clinically integrated network staff. I also organized research teams across California, Cincinnati, and Illinois to launch an anxiety clinical trial designed to recruit and treat 250+ participants.

Across healthcare operations, I've led staff onboarding, training, scheduling, process improvement, and patient-centered support. I bring nine years of experience aligning teams and program activities with organizational strategy.
