What I'm looking for

I seek roles in healthcare administration or operations where I can improve patient-centered workflows, lead onboarding processes, and grow within a collaborative, mission-driven team.

I am a solutions-driven early-career professional with experience in end-to-end consulting, project management, program coordination, and healthcare operations. I bring a strategic approach to problem solving and delivering results across diverse industries.

Recently I shifted my focus to healthcare administration, supporting clinical and home care settings through Medicaid intake, caregiver onboarding, and front-office operations. I manage caseloads, guide clients through complex application procedures, and maintain compliance with program standards.

In prior consulting roles I directed multiple client projects, led cross-functional teams, designed onboarding and performance systems, and enhanced recruitment processes. I have experience running internship programs and translating technical systems into actionable processes.
