What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resources professional who partners with employees and leadership on workplace concerns, HR procedures, and policy interpretation. I support employee investigations while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws.
In my current role as a Human Resources Generalist, I coordinate handbook updates, job descriptions, audits, and HR initiatives across client organizations. I administer FMLA requests and ADA accommodations, and I conduct policy reviews and compliance initiatives to reduce organizational risk.
Previously, as an HR Project Coordinator, I developed and maintained compliant employee handbooks and managed updates through PRISMHR and Mineral LMS. I also improved project coordination and workflow efficiency using Microsoft Planner and OneNote, while partnering with stakeholders on planning and risk mitigation.
Earlier experience included serving as an HR Coordinator and HR Assistant (Temporary Assignment), where I maintained HRIS records and employee documentation, supported onboarding and background screenings, and assisted with HR administration and audits. I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR Management.
