What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can design governed, human-in-the-loop AI workflows—especially for healthcare—pairing safety (approval gates, evidence, credential isolation) with measurable adoption, stakeholder alignment, and practical implementation.

I build governed AI systems and put guardrails on them so a human stays in control of what the model does. I live the full arc of healthcare technology—from using clinical software at the bedside, to selling it to executive buyers, to designing the AI workflows that help software get adopted.

I’m at my best translating between the people who build technology and the people who have to use it. I find the real problem and turn messy operations into repeatable systems, especially where safety, credibility, and adoption are inseparable.

As an AI Adoption and Workflow Systems Consultant, I designed a governed, human-in-the-loop review-response pipeline for incoming reviews: classify, triage by risk, draft a bilingual reply, and hold a risk gate—nothing publishes without human approval. I also architected and ran a multi-agent AI advisory system with evidence-tagging discipline that blocks unverified claims, plus a credential-isolation architecture so access tokens never enter the AI model context.

Alongside governance, I focus on measurable adoption: I built and shipped a bilingual (English and Spanish), mobile-first, conversion-first website end to end, and consolidated local-search analytics into one validated model. Previously, I revived stalled healthcare enterprise opportunities, improved appointments booked by roughly twenty-five percent, managed CRM in HubSpot, mentored reps, and supported clinical documentation and trial recruitment as an executive assistant and medical scribe.
