Operate Veeva Vault as the system of record across two studies, managing document filing and reconciling site repositories to maintain lifecycle data integrity. Administer Firecrest for study staff, rebuilt the master compliance tracker using validated formulas across nine reporting tabs, and lead end-to-end issue-resolution and amendment change management while accelerating work with AI tools.

Drove adoption and compliance for enterprise SaaS platforms (Veeva Vault SSU, eTMF, and Shared Investigator Platform) through training, change management, and end-user enablement. Enabled a 400+ person global organization, built scalable process integration and workflow automation projects, and supported audits and inspections through documentation, mock audits, and SME guidance on ICH and country

Built and configured clinical trial EDC databases by translating study protocols and SOWs into study design components, edit specifications, and platform configurations. Programmed edit checks and validation logic, configured Medidata Rave/InForm settings and access controls, and consistently met a 98% database-build accuracy standard under GCP/FDA compliance while delivering builds on compressed

Led a team of 12–15 operators responsible for receipt, processing, and storage of irreplaceable global clinical specimens. Owned performance management, training, and SOP adherence, and developed global policies and procedures to ensure compliance across shifts.
