I've built GIFTED HQ and Gifted Academics, two live systems for a coaching business spanning commerce, courses, subscriptions, payments, support, and administration. I migrated 200+ active subscriptions from WordPress/WooCommerce without customer disruption and designed shared identity, payment webhooks, content management, and data systems across separate Next.js applications.

At Health First Health Plans, I manage up to 40+ member and provider cases daily, translating benefits, claims, and authorizations into clear guidance while working within HIPAA requirements. I use the patterns I see in high-volume operations to identify workflow problems, improve handoffs, and support peers with systems and escalations.

I've also created open-source AI agent workspaces for healthcare support routing and Anthropic API cost audits. I map workflows, write system specs, build and evaluate AI-assisted implementations, and retain ownership of architecture, debugging, integration, QA, and release decisions.
