At Altera Digital Health, I architected and delivered more than 10 AI-driven applications and automation tools for training, content development, and business operations, saving up to 50% in workflow time on average. I led development of SIM-CORE and FIN-CORE, clinical and financial simulation engines, and connected SIM-CORE to the internal AI platform through custom APIs.
I also built a content-automation suite that turns subject-matter-expert documentation into training materials; ManualMaker cut formatting and delivery time by 50%, and PPTXtoMP4 entered active production use. Alongside hands-on development, I manage direct reports, share tools with the AI Pathfinders community, and publish The Synapse, a weekly internal newsletter on AI in Learning & Development.
