I’m looking for a role where I can manage executive-level support and day-to-day operations, coordinate vendors and schedules, and improve workflows. I want a fast-paced team that values discretion, organized systems, and proactive problem-solving.

I’m an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience supporting both business and household operations. I coordinate scheduling, vendor appointments, repairs, and ongoing maintenance while keeping communications clear and timely.

In my current role, I manage communications with vendors, contractors, and service providers to drive operational efficiency. I maintain organized task-tracking systems, calendars, and workflows, and I handle administrative support like email coordination, appointment scheduling, document organization, and logistics.

I also bring district-level operations experience from overseeing daily operations across multiple locations. I’ve recruited, trained, and managed teams, managed budgets and payroll coordination, and improved productivity by strengthening operational processes and workflow efficiencies.
