I’m looking to partner with CEOs and Boards to build trusted, analytics-driven People Operations—scaling globally with modern HRIS/payroll, strong leadership capability, and data-informed decisions across the full employee lifecycle.

I’m a transformational Chief Human Resources Officer with 15+ years of experience building, scaling, and modernizing People Operations in high-growth, AI-adjacent, SaaS, tech infrastructure, and regulated environments. I’m repeatedly recruited to take HR from non-existent or fragmented to a globally scaled, trusted executive operating partner serving thousands of employees across multiple countries.
