I’m an executive HR leader with 20+ years of experience building scalable HR organizations across startups, mid-market teams, and public multi-site global enterprises. I thrive in dynamic, agile environments where people strategy and operational execution have to move at the speed of the business.
I’m known for building HR operations infrastructure from the ground up—HR systems, compensation architecture, performance strategy, training and career mobility, and compliance governance. I’ve led full-cycle expertise across organizational design, change leadership, workers compensation, talent acquisition, rapid workforce scaling, performance management, and total rewards strategy.
Most recently, as Chief People Officer at Folio Literary Management, I’ve delivered programs and processes from scratch—performance review, compliance, employee handbook revision, talent management and development, recruitment, and labor relations for multi-state scaling. I also led integration from a merger with Greenhouse Media, including onboarding, benefits discovery and review, sexual harassment training, and retirement benefits, while advising leadership on sensitive people and performance issues.
Previously, I transformed a VC/PE-backed Series B/C organization at Divergent Technologies from 70 to 250 globally supported team members, with a $2M HR budget reporting to finance leadership. I introduced practical, measurable programs—EOR, salary benchmarking and banding, equity and option structures, leadership development, performance review frameworks, and talent systems—then improved offer acceptance by 50% and saved $400K through agency negotiation; I’ve also supported complex compliance contexts such as OEM, IATF, ISO, and SOX.
