At OfferZen, I support developers through their career journeys on a SaaS marketplace, managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding and matching through placement and ongoing relationships. I’ve achieved 133 placements and R12.1M+ in billings, and earned a personal NPS of +50.

I use customer feedback to identify pain points and advocate for product improvements. My proposals led to approved updates to candidate emails and profile editing, and I co-developed a standardised “Ready To Go Live” onboarding process with my team lead.

At BrightSparkz Tutors, I managed end-to-end recruitment across STEM sectors. I improved interview candidate experience ratings from 4/5 to 5/5 and consistently met and exceeded recruitment targets.
