I'm a product-focused Program Manager with 10+ years of experience across Traveloka (travel tech) and PwC (audit). Most recently, I drove Traveloka's customer-facing rewards and loyalty programs from roadmap to launch, aligning Product, IT, Finance, and Compliance squads around business outcomes.

Co-led, from a finance standpoint, an API-to-API integration with a bank partner that contributed to $1.5M+ in B2B transaction volume and a 16% YoY revenue increase, cutting voucher delivery from 2–3 weekdays to instant or same-day.
Contributed to a multi-year Point Redemption Refund program that recovered $360K+ a year in point value customers were losing, owning its financial-reporting and reconciliation piece.
