What I'm looking for

I want to own product quality and feature delivery end-to-end—building data-driven QA, partnering cross-functionally, and improving release confidence in high-impact domains like fintech and e-commerce.

I’m a product and quality professional with 8+ years of experience spanning product management, quality assurance, and business analysis across fintech, e-commerce, logistics, and govtech. I lead QA teams, plan features, and drive cross-functional delivery with a strong focus on release quality.

At Gotrade, I lead a 4-person QA team and helped shift testing from ad-hoc into a more data-driven quality approach. I built the company’s first QA framework, created QA and engineering bug dashboards for clearer visibility, and own feature planning while partnering closely with engineers across ledger, community, core, and B2B products.

Earlier, at Shopee and GovTech Edu, I created test plans and test cases, managed release readiness and UAT, and supported high-volume product quality. I also bring a business analyst background—handling requirement gathering (BRD/FRD), user stories, and stakeholder coordination—so I can translate needs into testable outcomes and confident releases.
