At SMG, I administer a production hosting fleet supporting more than 800 WordPress and WooCommerce sites. I’m the primary administrator and main escalation point for server uptime, performance, and security.

I built a consolidated server monitoring dashboard with React, Vite, and Tailwind, bringing several operational systems into one view. I also develop custom automations and integrations using APIs and scripting.

My work at SMG includes responding to security incidents, delivering WordPress and WooCommerce sites, and maintaining hosting and backup infrastructure. Earlier, I founded and ran an IT support business that grew into a Brisbane-based MSP, and coordinated national IT projects at SALMAT.
