Onboarded and migrated new customers to a hosting platform and project managed development of an API-driven front end. Built a centralised Splunk logging solution for security and observability and supported hosting platform services using AWS.

Managed campus infrastructure hosted in AWS and participated in a pen-test audit with remediation task management. Coordinated office moves for 300+ staff, including provisioning new links and hardware, and migrated staff to Office365.

Managed and uplifted infrastructure supporting Fibre To The Premise services and implemented monitoring using Nagios. Migrated staff to Office365 and uplifted the VMware ESX environment.

Engaged an external pen-testing business and remediated findings, and delivered a documentation consolidation project. Promoted to a project delivery role following the delivery work.

Upgraded geographic file clusters to Microsoft Server 2008 R2 and implemented FSRM for file classification, quota, screening, and reporting. Migrated clustered file data to a Hitachi VSP storage array.

Provided senior systems engineering services across multiple enterprises, including Compass Communications, Air New Zealand, Spark New Zealand, NTT Communications (formerly Dimension Data), CPB Contractors, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Lumley Insurance, and Fonterra/Mainland Products.
