At Accenture, supporting Meta Ads Payments Operations, I managed complex billing discrepancies, ad-spend issues, and payment-method failures for a high volume of advertisers.

I reconcile accounts to protect billing accuracy and minimize financial exposure, while identifying and escalating fraud indicators through transaction-monitoring workflows that support AML compliance. I work with finance, product, and customer support teams to improve payment workflows and the advertiser experience.

I provide customer support in Portuguese while managing internal processes and documentation in English. My performance has been recognised with Accenture’s Top Customer Service Award, Truly Human Recognition, and Busy Bee Performance Excellence Award.

Earlier, I coordinated hospitality operations, invoicing, scheduling, inventory, and client service in Dublin, and supported high-volume retail administration at Groupe Casino in São Paulo. I’m looking to bring my payments operations and compliance experience to a fintech, PSP, or regulated financial services environment.
