I'm currently with Vittoria Services, where I progressed from Customer Support Agent and Customer Concierge Agent to Customer Solutions Agent. I supervise live chat operations, resolve complex and high-risk cases, and support frontline agents with real-time coaching.

During an international assignment in Montevideo, Uruguay, I supported the expansion and onboarding of a new Customer Concierge team. I led floor support across day and night shifts, delivered training and pre-shift briefings, and served as an on-site subject matter expert for quality and operational consistency.

I handle chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud alerts, account audits, and sensitive compliance-related cases while protecting customer trust and platform integrity.

Previously, as General Manager at Waterpolo Club TaXbiex, I led restaurant operations, developed teams, improved service workflows, controlled costs, and increased revenue through upselling and promotions. I bring a practical, people-focused approach to customer experience, operational excellence, and team readiness.
