I’m a trilingual Quality Control and Customer Experience professional with experience across quality assurance, compliance, customer relations, and regulated environments. I currently work as a Call Quality Control Analyst, where I review customer interactions, assess performance against quality and compliance standards, identify risks and recurring issues, and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve both individual performance and overall customer experience.

My background also includes financial sales and investment consulting, as well as customer-facing roles supporting international clients. Working across Portuguese-, Spanish-, and English-speaking markets has given me strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different audiences, processes, and business requirements.

I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Customer Experience, Compliance, Operations, and AI/Data Quality. I enjoy work that combines analytical thinking with attention to detail and human judgment—whether that means evaluating interactions, identifying patterns in data, improving processes, or helping teams maintain consistent quality standards.

I’m naturally curious and always looking to expand my technical skills. I’m especially interested in the intersection between human quality assessment, data, and AI, and I’m motivated by roles where I can learn quickly, take ownership, and contribute to meaningful improvements.

I’m fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, comfortable working with international teams, and open to fully remote opportunities with companies operating across different markets and time zones.
