What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead cross-functional operations, improve workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and build measurable delivery, onboarding, or learning programs in an international or remote environment.

I've managed client delivery and revenue operations at Solid V3 and Digital Checkmate, coordinating remote stakeholders, resolving escalations, and keeping 8–12 concurrent workstreams on track.

My work has supported approximately 400% monthly growth for one key account, increased another by 54%, and helped retain an at-risk client through a tailored recovery plan. I build KPI reporting, workflows, SOPs, and AI-supported improvements that reduce manual effort and improve delivery consistency.

I also design and deliver learning, onboarding, and training programs, drawing on years of coordinating educational programs and supporting diverse international audiences.
