Most projects don't fail because of bad planning or missed deadlines. They fail because the people impacted were never brought along completely missing value-driven impact.

I sit at the intersection of project management and change management, bringing a people-first strategy, because that's what actually determines whether a project delivers value or just crosses off a checklist.

Over 8 years, I have worked across full-lifecycle technology implementations (HCM systems, LMS platforms, and enterprise SaaS rollouts) for multinational companies across Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and North America. That includes leading the PMO for a €1.17M HCM implementation with 60+ stakeholders, delivering a global LMS rollout across 60+ countries and 70+ stakeholders in just 5 months, and leading the change management strategy for a Workday and Beamery implementation across 7 countries.

I love learning new perspectives and acquiring new knowledge, and my 10 years abroad in Spain have taught me to immerse myself in different communities and cultures to grow both professionally and personally. I bring that same mindset to my work by actively listening to others viewpoints and adapting new ways of working.
