I'm eager to begin my next career chapter in Italy, bringing innovative project management, strategic operational support, and a human touch to technology, reporting, and colleague collaboration.

I've led international marketing project management at eXp Realty across 28 countries, using Coda and Asana to monitor progress, resolve team challenges, and support delivery.

I create operating procedures, document tacit knowledge, and coordinate executive travel, launch events, and company conferences. I've also designed websites and mockups that guide development teams.

Previously, I developed a Transactions Project Lead role blending data analysis, project management, and communication. I produced an internal newsletter for 600+ employees with an 86.87% open rate and synthesized surveys to support leadership decisions.

Across regional support, team services, settlement, and document administration, I've handled communications, reporting, transaction processes, legal documentation, and operational improvement. Having relocated from the United States, I'm eager to begin my next career chapter in Italy.
