I've supported BayCare Health System's multi-hospital environment by implementing billing software and hardware, producing operational reports, and resolving end-user application issues.

As project lead for 5010 billing-format implementation, I developed testing scenarios, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes while supporting ICD-9 and ICD-10 billing workflows. I've worked across Windows Server, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Novell, Siemens, and Windows NT environments, including after-hours maintenance and technical support.

At Edsal Manufacturing, I created executive Excel reports and programmed application changes using Microsoft Access, Microsoft Dynamics GP, SQL Server Management Studio, and SSRS. I also managed projects from inception through completion, improved processes, and provided client-facing technical support.

Earlier in healthcare revenue cycle roles, I managed hospital and physician billing, collections, credit balances, and reimbursement operations. I reduced an $11 million billing backlog in five months, resolved $18 million in credit balances in ten months, and increased revenue by 45% within six months.
