What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare IT role where I can own EHR integration testing and HL7 workflows, collaborate with vendors, and support reliable go-lives, upgrades, and end-user success with clear documentation and strong problem management.

I’m an adaptable systems analyst with a strong focus on EHR integration testing and problem-solving. I streamline workflows and improve system performance by collaborating closely with departments and vendors, while delivering reliable user training, technical support, and comprehensive documentation.

Since 08/2019, I’ve served as a Systems Analyst for the Soarian & AthenaIDX at Northwell, driving integration resolutions between Soarian (registration/scheduling) and multiple medical group and hospital applications. I identify and triage issues, design solutions, and lead vendor initiatives to remediate integration problems promptly—handling HL7 standards, ADT message support, medical group onboarding, and system upgrades for Soarian and AthenaIDX.

Earlier, as a Business Analyst I at Northwell (01/2010–01/2019), I supported PAANS faculty practices by troubleshooting registration, scheduling, and billing issues in the IDX system, administering on-site go-live support, and building IDX setups (dictionary builds, master schedules, and custom report requests). Before that, I worked across helpdesk, network troubleshooting, and system implementation roles (including Citrix and Active Directory environments), and I also began my career in medical billing—supervising a unit of billers and improving billing automation to reduce turnaround time. My professional ethos is simple: communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and resolve issues in a way that helps the entire system run more consistently.
