What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve complex enquiries, work remotely or flexibly, use new technology, and continue learning while delivering excellent outcomes in a supportive, compliant environment.

I'm currently supporting Nationwide Building Society customers in a fast-paced, regulated environment, resolving enquiries while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Across 12+ years in banking, retail, and service roles, I've built rapport through empathy and active listening, handled customer issues accurately, and worked confidently across multiple systems. At Costco Wholesale, I delivered customer service in a high-volume environment and processed transactions with care.

As an Independent Distributor with Utility Warehouse, I generate and support customers, explain products clearly, and manage my own workload.
