What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use my strong call-resolution skills, bilingual Spanish communication, and Excel/Outlook proficiency to help people quickly and accurately while collaborating with a supportive team.

I’m a bilingual Customer Service Representative with years of experience handling high-volume customer interactions across utilities, transportation, hotels, and tech support. I focus on careful listening, accurate information, and calm, effective resolution—especially when customers are frustrated or time-sensitive.

In my current role with Mountaineer Gas Company, I answer inbound calls for West Virginia utility customers, helping them pay bills, set up payment plans to prevent disconnection, start new services, and resolve gas-related concerns. I also identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction issues to ensure satisfaction through effective call resolution.

Before that, I supported guests as a Front Desk Agent at hotels, managing check-ins/check-outs, reservations, amenity questions, and complaints with a consistently polite, courteous approach. I’ve also provided call-center style Customer Support and Technical Support, including product installation procedures, proper escalation, communication, and timely case status updates.

What drives me is helping people—whether that’s navigating solutions with clear expectations, providing friendly service at the front desk, or supporting clients with solid technical product knowledge. With strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills and professional communication in both English and Spanish, I’m ready to bring dependable customer-first service to a team that values accuracy and empathy.
