I’m a Customer Service Representative focused on taking calls professionally and helping people with account questions, card assistance, and other information needs. I stay calm in a hectic environment and prioritize clear, respectful communication.

Previously, I worked in hospitality roles including Server/Cashier/Barista and Hostess, where I used POS systems, handled money accurately, and supported smooth guest service. I also helped manage restaurant flow by coordinating rotation between servers and keeping guests happy.

I bring a strong foundation in customer service, sanitation and food safety, and practical computer skills (including Microsoft tools). With my TABC and Food Handler certifications, I’m ready to contribute to a team that values hospitality, accuracy, and dependable service.
