What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resources Analyst with hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, employee records management, and HRIS data maintenance. I bring a reliable, detail-oriented approach to keeping HR processes organized while protecting confidential information.
At Bell Canada, I support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding by coordinating interviews, preparing employment documents, and helping new hires start smoothly. I also maintain accurate employee information in HRIS systems, prepare HR reports, and track workforce data to support performance monitoring and workforce planning.
Previously at Canadian Tire, I helped the HR team fill staffing needs through resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
