At eCycle Solutions, I serve as the primary HR contact for 75+ employees across multiple locations and provinces. I lead full-cycle recruitment, hiring 50+ hourly employees and 10+ supervisory, administrative, and co-op hires annually.
I administer Dayforce HCM/WFM across recruitment, onboarding, learning, payroll, benefits, and employee records. I also coordinate onboarding and orientation for 100+ new hires each year and manage a temporary workforce of 60+ employees through staffing agencies.
My work includes employee relations, workplace investigations, performance matters, conflict resolution, compliance documentation, payroll support, and employee engagement. I support health and safety programs through incident investigations, JHSC coordination, hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and weekly Safety at Source audits.
Previously, I supported HR operations at DHL Supply Chain and TJX, and led healthcare recruitment and scheduling at Nexim Healthcare Consultants. I was promoted to Team Lead at Nexim, where I oversaw five team members, trained colleagues, and managed full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals.
