I am a product management and strategy professional with ~8 years of experience across e-commerce and fintech, focused on delivering scalable customer experience and fraud investigation solutions across EMEA and APAC. I combine data-driven decision making with cross-cultural stakeholder management to launch and scale products and operations.

At Revolut I owned an in-house SaaS for regulatory investigations, empowering 1,000+ agents and enabling 5,000+ daily reports while driving automation to achieve 95%+ incident closures and faster market launches. In prior roles at Shopee I built customer service and returns functions from the ground up, led 50-person teams, and reduced call abandonment and aging tickets substantially through operational and product improvements.

Earlier, I worked in strategy and product roles at Landmark Group, GulfTalent, Sprinklr, and Cisco, delivering measurable improvements in NPS, organic traffic, user engagement, and revenue-impacting software releases.
