I’m a sales and business development executive with experience as a Plant Head and Unit Sales Manager, focused on converting orders, following up to achieve sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. I’ve coordinated between production and sales to ensure smooth order processing and supported growth by generating new orders through meetings with potential customers.

At ICICI Lombard, I achieved business targets through assigned Dealers and Brokers, managed a team of about 2–3 Sales Officers, and handled strategic alliances and tie-ups for market penetration. I also managed daily sales and prompt customer service, including escalations, and I took a career break for personal/family reasons while actively upskilling and preparing to re-enter.
