I’m a results-driven Fraud & Investigation Specialist and customer service professional with 2+ years of BPO experience supporting international banking clients. In my current role, I investigate and resolve fraud alerts and suspicious transaction reports for UK retail banking customers, while conducting customer verification and KYC checks aligned to UK banking compliance standards.

I also handle escalated fraud and dispute cases, documenting findings and coordinating resolution with internal teams. Previously, I supported premium hospitality customers through guest service and reservations and built strong communication fundamentals through inbound and outbound customer service calls—so I can stay calm, accurate, and service-first even in high-pressure environments.
